OUR PEOPLE
Dikshant Khanna, Advocate
Advocate Dikshant Khanna practices in civil, criminal, constitutional, and administrative law. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Lloyd Law College, CCS University, in 2014 and is enrolled with the Bar.
His work includes civil litigation, matrimonial disputes, criminal defence, and constitutional and administrative law matters. He appears before statutory authorities, tribunals, and courts at different levels in matters falling within his practice.
His practice also includes tax law and banking litigation. He is empanelled with Punjab National Bank and handles matters relating to loan recovery, SARFAESI proceedings, cheque dishonour cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and debt enforcement before the DRT and civil courts. He also appears before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), GST Appellate Authorities, Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT), and civil courts in matters handled by him.
His practice includes drafting, appearances, and legal advice in matters requiring civil, criminal, constitutional, administrative, tax, and banking law assistance.
Ruhini Dey, Advocate-on-Record
Advocate Ruhini Dey is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. She graduated from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, in 2015 and also holds a degree in Chemistry from Ramjas College, University of Delhi. Her practice includes civil law, service law, consumer law, constitutional law, and arbitration. She appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, and tribunals in matters handled by her.
Her practice includes commercial and contractual disputes, appellate work, and arbitration-related matters. She also advises individuals, entrepreneurs, startups, companies, and public sector entities on contracts, regulatory issues, and dispute resolution.
She appears in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution matters, including proceedings governed by institutional rules such as those of the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and SIAC, as well as ad hoc arbitrations under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Her work includes disputes arising from commercial contracts, joint ventures, infrastructure and construction projects, shareholder arrangements, franchise and distribution contracts, and service-related disputes.
Her practice includes drafting and reviewing arbitration clauses, initiating and responding to arbitral claims, securing interim relief under Section 9, appointment of arbitrators under Section 11, and challenging or enforcing awards under Sections 34 and 36 of the Act. She also appears before the District Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court in arbitration-related litigation.
Her work includes both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations in construction, infrastructure, and commercial matters, including matters involving public sector and private entities.
Deeply committed to public service, Advocate Ruhini also serves as Panel Counsel with the South-West District Legal Services Authority, where she offers pro bono legal assistance to economically and socially disadvantaged individuals, furthering the cause of access to justice.
